The basic principles of first aid that you will learn in our courses include:
- Life-saving actions: This may include cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to maintain blood circulation and oxygen supply to vital organs.
- Treatment of wounds and injuries: Cleaning, disinfecting and dressing wounds to prevent infection.
- Management of fractures and sprains: Stabilization of injured limbs and transportation of the person for further treatment.
- Foreign bodies and airway management: Helping people who are having trouble breathing due to airway obstruction.
- Unconscious persons: Assess and manage unconsciousness and maintain breathing and circulation.
- Use of a defibrillator: Use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to restore the heart's normal rhythm in the event of certain heart attacks.
Thank you very much for visiting Anders, Stefan and Jesper. It was a real pleasure, and they were just as motivated as you promised. Huge praise from here. Hope we can repeat the success another time.
