Team Service: We are looking for new administrative volunteers for Team Service.
Are you an administrative octopus who doesn't get gray hairs from Excel? Are you good at talking on the phone with many different people, and can you empty a dishwasher in record time? Then we'd really like to hear from you.
Click and apply nowThe tasks in Team Service range widely, as we are responsible for both the daily operations of the office and for covering the reception.
The reception is staffed by an employee who, together with volunteers, ensures that the phones and emails are answered and guests are welcomed. We strive to always meet guests and callers with openness and kindness; we are service-minded and want to help in a competent and professional manner.
In addition to the reception, we also make sure everything runs smoothly in the office. We make coffee, set up meeting rooms, keep things tidy and stocked, frank and send mail. In addition, we solve a lot of Ad Hoc tasks daily.
You will be part of a team of skilled and sweet volunteers who take turns helping out in Team Service. Together with the other volunteers and our permanent receptionist, your tasks will be the following:
- Solve various Ad Hoc tasks for our colleagues
- Ensure that the office appears neat and tidy
- Perform practical tasks such as making coffee, watering plants, cleaning up and wiping down tables in the kitchen and canteen after lunch.
- Receive guests at the reception with kindness and a smile
- Answer and forward phone calls in a calm and patient voice
- Answer telephone inquiries that can be resolved with knowledge at the reception, which is usually found on our Intranet or website.
- Respond to emails from the reception email address.
What do we expect of you?
The most important thing is that you are service-minded and thrive in a busy atmosphere. You must be able to speak, write and understand Danish. In addition, you must also be able to speak and understand English, as we have a number of English-speaking inquiries. We expect you to have basic IT skills and that you are familiar with the Office package, and that you have the courage to learn and use our (easy) telephone system.
You will of course be trained thoroughly so that you get off to a good start in Team Service, and there will always be a colleague you can ask.
Where and when should you help?
Team Service needs you for 4 – 6 hours on a fixed day per week, and right now we are in need of volunteers every day.
