RED CROSS

In the middle of Istedgade is our small, cozy, and well-functioning thrift store, where we are currently in need of volunteers to help us serve customers, stock up on goods, and generally keep the store clean, neat, and inviting.

The store has a wide range of clothing for men, women and in between with many wonderful second-hand finds – there is something for everyone. Our customers are diverse – just like us – and they love to explore the store’s many clothing racks and have a little chat with our volunteers.

We would like you to have the opportunity to volunteer 4-5 hours a week, but everything is of interest, and you should definitely not hesitate to reach out if, for example, you can only volunteer on odd weeks, during school holidays, or similar.

As our new colleague you will receive:

• A wonderful community of volunteers.
• An active everyday life where you, together with the other volunteers in the store, can make the store
  exciting and allow you to give it your own touch.
• Volunteer work with meaning: As a volunteer at Red Cross Recycling, you help create
  funds for all the social projects that the Red Cross Capital supports. This can be, for example,
• Victim counseling, efforts for the homeless, communities for the elderly and much more. It is a
  Help that can be felt where it is needed most.
