Do you want to develop our thrift store and strengthen the community among volunteers - while making a difference locally?
Then you might be one of our new volunteer store managers at the corner store next to Tingstedet in Valby.
About us
We have a charming shop with a stable volunteer group, where the operational tasks are well distributed. The shop contributes directly to the financing of local social initiatives in the Danish Red Cross Capital.
We are now looking for one, preferably two, managers who will help create even more life in the store and among our volunteers.
Your role
- Develop the store's sales and make it even more attractive to customers and donors
- Inspire and support volunteers so that new and existing volunteers thrive and are engaged
- Contribute ideas for events, SoMe, product selection and store activities
We imagine that you
- Want to lead and motivate volunteers in a positive way
- Passionate about recycling, community and retail life
- Can combine creativity with practical implementation
- Want to be part of a leadership team and share responsibility

At Red Cross Hovedstaden, we are a community of approximately 3.500 committed volunteers who put their heart, time and energy into more than 45 different activities every day to benefit vulnerable, lonely and at-risk people in Copenhagen and the surrounding area.
