In our more than 40 different social activities, you will have the opportunity to meet volunteers who are part of the Red Cross Capital to meet you as you are, get to know you and share good experiences.
You have the opportunity to meet our volunteers in one-on-one activities or in a community with others. The most important thing is that you find the activity that suits you exactly.

We have a team of friendly volunteers who are ready to answer your questions and talk to you about which activity is right for you. The conversation is completely non-binding.

Who can participate in Red Cross Capital's activities?
Our activities are primarily for adults and families who lack network and support. The activities take place in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, Dragør or Tårnby municipalities.
Are you a professional or relative of someone who could benefit from our activities?
If you, as a professional or relative, know of someone who could benefit from our activities, you are welcome to contact our activities team for a screening conversation about the possibilities. In the event that the Red Cross Capital activities are not the right match, we always try to help you on to other relevant offers.

What can I expect from the volunteers?
The volunteers are there to listen, support and be with you. They may have different ages, backgrounds and interests, but what they have in common is the desire to make a positive difference for others.
What you can expect in terms of time, support and togetherness depends on the activity. In some activities you meet regularly several times a month. In other activities you can show up when you need to. This applies, for example, to our Network house in Nørrebro og Network house in Kastruplund.
Can I participate in more activities?
Yes, there is no limit to how many activities you can participate in.
Is it free to join?
Yes, all of our activities are mostly free to participate in. Some activities require a deposit or a symbolic amount. This may be in connection with communal dining, for example. You will of course be informed about this.
