Come and join when the Municipality of Copenhagen and Red Cross Copenhagen invite all Copenhagen residents between the ages of 62 and 70 to an inspirational expo every January.
The expo is for you if you are a new or upcoming retiree, leaving behind the busy working life for a life with more free time.
We offer lectures and workshops that focus on the transition from working life to retirement and living a good, healthy, and meaningful senior life. At the expo itself, you can meet different associations, organizations, and activities, all ready to invite you into their communities.
The expo was held on January 14, 2023, and it is no longer possible to sign up.
USE LIFE, COPENHAGENER! 2023
On May 16 and October 26, 2023, we are hosting two Use Life, Copenhagener! events.
We pick up where the expo left off, with a focus on Volunteering and Health in Senior Life.
On May 16, 2023, you can meet former Prime Minister Poul Nyrup Rasmussen, co-founder of The Social Network, and Ninna Thomsen, CEO of Mødrehjælpen.
On October 26, 2023, you’ll have the chance to meet Anne Skare Nielsen, a futurist who will talk about what health might look like for seniors in the future.
