Expo for new and upcoming retirees, focusing on the transition from employtment to retirement and the good, healthy, and meaningful senior life.
Come and join us, when the city of Copenhagen and the Red Cross host an expo for all the Copenhageners who are about to or have just retired.
As the title indicates the transition from employment to retirement will give you more time to spend on new activities. We encourage everybody who are going through this transition to consider joining new communities whether it’s a community based around sports or creatives hobbies, volunteer work or exploring the city and all the culture and activities available.
Meet more than 65 organizations and activities at the expo and find out what they have to offer, and how you can join a community or network full of meaning and purpose.
The program also includes lectures in Danish with Svend Brinkmann, Professor of Psychology and Anja C Andersen, Professor of Astro Physics. Check out the full program in Danish here.
The expo is taking place on Saturday, January 18th 2025 in Øksnehallen, and will be open between 10 AM and 4 PM.
Admission is free. However, we ask you to please sign up for the event by using the form below.
It should be noted that all talks and activities at the event will be held in Danish, therefore having a basic understanding of Danish is recommended.
