Do you feel more alone than you’d like to? Do you wish to expand your social circle or strengthen your existing relationships? Then ‘Værket’ might be for you.

‘Værket’ is a social community for people between 30 and 60 years old who want to improve their social skills in a safe and welcoming environment with other adult.

Currently, there are two ‘Værket’ groups that meet every Monday and Tuesday from 5 PM to 7 PM in Nørrebro. You’ll be assigned to one of these groups.

During the meetings, the group, along with volunteer group leaders, discuss various topics, ask questions, and work on combating loneliness through different exercises. One of these exercises, for instance, is “connecting with others,” which offers practical ideas and techniques for starting and maintaining conversations.
